Business accounting that helps you understand your numbers.

NOIZE provides administrative support and business strategy. Where work is outside our skillset, or the law requires it, we make sure an appropriately qualified professional is involved.

Your accountant looks at what makes you money, what is coming due and what you can afford next.

Then it is turned into clear numbers you can make decisions with.

Use your numbers to make better decisions.

Every owner asks the same questions. What makes us money? What is coming due? What would a hire cost? Can we afford the next step?

Good accounts answer them. Your qualified professional prepares the accounts, forecasts and tax work, and explains what they mean.

NOIZE keeps the bigger picture in view, so the numbers connect to your plans, your hiring and your funding.

What makes us money?Margins by product and customer
What is coming due?Tax, super and bills ahead
What does a hire cost?Wages, super and on-costs
Can we afford the next step?A forecast with your assumptions

Your books show where you are. Your accounts show where you can go.

Your accountant turns your records into reports and forecasts you can use to plan the next step.

How an accountant works with you.

Four steps. The qualified professional does the professional work.

  1. Book a chat

Talk about your records, what you owe and the decisions ahead.

  2. Agree the right support

Confirm the accounting and advice you need, and who will deliver it.

  3. Get the numbers prepared

The qualified professional prepares the agreed accounts, forecasts and tax work.

  4. Review what comes next

The provider explains its work. NOIZE coordinates the next steps with other departments.

Ask the question first. Then let the numbers answer it.

Start with the decision in front of you, like hiring, buying or expanding. Then build the numbers around it.

One person looks after all your accounting.

How each part is handled is agreed with you at the strategy or proposal stage, with an appropriately qualified professional involved where needed. We confirm this before you engage.

Accounts prepared for running the business, not just for tax time. The provider explains what each statement shows.

Professional advice is given by the provider. Structure advice is coordinated with the qualified legal professional where needed.

Virtual CFO reporting, forecasting and owner reviews, scoped through the delivery arrangement and subject to confirmed capability. This does not include financial-product advice.

A forecast will not decide for you. It shows you what each choice costs.

Forecasts and scenarios show what each option could mean for cash and profit. The decision stays yours.

See what a decision looks like in numbers.

Three common decisions, with the assumptions written down. A forecast does not make the decision for you. It shows what each choice does to your cash, so the conversation is clearer.

Example
The assumptions
Salary
$85k a year
Super and on-costs
$14k a year
Start month
July
Extra sales needed
$9k a month
What the forecast shows

Cash stays above the $18k buffer if sales grow 3% a month. Below that, the hire works better from October.

Your qualified professional prepares the real forecast and explains it.

See how your numbers can be explained.

These are made-up extracts that show the kind of reporting a provider prepares. They are not client results.

Example

Profit and loss, explained

Sales$412k
Cost of sales−$198k
Gross profit$214k
Wages−$121k
Other costs−$47k
Net profit$46k

Gross margin is 52%. The note explains why it dropped two points.

Example

  • Sales96%
  • Wages104%
  • Marketing82%
  • Rent100%

Wages are 4% over budget for the quarter.
